Sch 5 para 7 Do-it-yourself conveyancing

(1) If there is a land registry network, the registrar has a duty to provide such assistance as he thinks appropriate for the purpose of enabling persons engaged in qualifying transactions who wish to do their own conveyancing to do so by means of the network. (2) The duty under sub-paragraph (1) does not extend to the provision of legal advice.
