Sch 8 para 7 Determination of indemnity by court

(1) A person may apply to the court for the determination of any question as to— (a) whether he is entitled to an indemnity under this Schedule, or (b) the amount of such an indemnity. (2) Paragraph 3(1) does not apply to the costs of an application to the court under this paragraph or of any legal proceedings arising out of such an application.
