s 24 SCHEDULE 3A Safety Directions

(1) This paragraph applies where action is taken— (a) in respect of a ship which is under arrest or in respect of anything in a ship which is under arrest, and (b) in accordance with a direction under this Schedule or by virtue of paragraph 4. (2) The action shall not— (a) be treated as a contempt of court, or (b) give rise to civil liability on the part of the Admiralty Marshal (including the Admiralty Marshal of the Supreme Court in Northern Ireland).
