s 99 The relevant licensing authority

In this Part references to the “ relevant licensing authority ”, in relation to any premises, are references to— (a) the licensing authority in whose area the premises are situated, or (b) where the premises are situated in the areas of two or more licensing authorities, each of those authorities.
