OFCOM have the function of obtaining, compiling and keeping under review information about matters which may be relevant to— (a) designating or revoking the designation of a radio selection service (see sections 362BB and 362BD ); (b) deciding whether to take enforcement action under this Part and Schedule 16B (so far as relating to this Part).
