Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 s 72

s 72 Regulations: Great Britain

(1) Any power to make regulations conferred by this Chapter on the Secretary of State is exercisable by statutory instrument. (2) A statutory instrument containing any such regulations is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament , subject to subsection (2A) . (2A) A statutory instrument containing regulations under section 54(6), 56(10) or 71A may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament. (3) The regulations may make different provision for different purposes.
