s 94 Commencement
(1) This Act (except this Chapter and the provisions mentioned in subsection (3)) is to come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint. (2) Any day appointed for the purposes of Part 1 (other than sections 32 to 41), and the related amendments and repeals, is to be one decided by the Secretary of State and the Scottish Ministers. (3) The following are to come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order made by statutory instrument appoint— (a) sections 37 to 41, (b) section 89. (4) An order under this section may make different provision for different purposes.
