s 40 Designated persons: interpretation

(1) This section applies for the interpretation of sections 30 to 39. (2) “ Conduct ” includes omissions and statements. (3) Expressions used in those sections and in the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (c. 32) have the same meanings in those sections as they have in that Act.
