s 11 Register of licences
(1) The Authority shall establish and maintain a register of persons licensed under this Act. (2) The register shall contain such particulars as the Authority may determine of every person who for the time being holds a licence or whose activities are authorised by a licence (whether or not they are named in the licence). (3) The Authority shall ensure that appropriate arrangements are in force for allowing members of the public to inspect the contents of the register.
