In section 824(9) (repayment supplements), after “settlement” insert “, scheme administrators of registered pension schemes sub-scheme administrators of sub-schemes which form part of a split scheme pursuant to the Registered Pensions (Splitting of Schemes) Regulations 2006 ” .
