Sch 2 para 2

After section 5 of the Judicial Committee Act 1833 insert the following section— Quorum of Judicial Committee. (5A) No matter shall be heard, nor shall any order, report or recommendation be made by the Judicial Committee in pursuance of any Act unless in the presence of at least three members of the said Committee, exclusive of the Lord President of Her Majesty’s Privy Council for the time being.
