Patents Act 2004 s 16

s 16 Amendments, repeals and revocations

(1) Schedule 2 (minor and consequential amendments) has effect. (2) The enactments set out in Schedule 3 are repealed to the extent specified. (3) Article 6 of the Patent Office Trading Fund Order 1991 ( S.I. 1991/1796) is revoked.
