Sch 2 para 12

(1) Section 70 (requirements for companies under control or subject to influence of local authorities) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2) after “Audit Commission Act 1998” insert “ and Part 2 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 ” . (3) In subsection (4) after “Audit Commission Act 1998” insert “ and Part 2 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 ” . (4) In subsection (5) after “England and Wales,” insert “ or of the Auditor General for Wales, ” .
