s 13 Guidance

In the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 (c. 3), after section 4 insert— Guidance (4A) Any authority on whom functions are conferred under section 3 or 4 above must, in exercising those functions, have regard to any guidance given to the authority for the purpose by the appropriate person.
