Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 s 27

s 27 “Litter”

In section 98 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (definitions), after subsection (5) insert— (5A) “ Litter ” includes— (a) the discarded ends of cigarettes, cigars and like products, and (b) discarded chewing-gum and the discarded remains of other products designed for chewing.
