Sch 4 para 8

(1) It is an offence intentionally to obstruct— (a) the inspector conducting the inspection, or (b) a member of an inspection team, in the exercise of his functions in relation to an inspection of a school. (2) A person guilty of an offence under sub-paragraph (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
