(1) Paragraph 11 is amended as follows. (2) In sub-paragraph (1)— (a) after “registered” insert “ Welsh ” , and (b) after “Chief Inspector”, in both places, insert “ for Wales ” . (3) In sub-paragraphs (2) and (3), after “Chief Inspector” insert “ for Wales ” .
