s 17 Grants
(1) In pursuance of any of its duties under sections 8 and 9 the Commission may make grants to another person. (2) A grant under subsection (1) may be made subject to conditions (which may, in particular, include conditions as to repayment). (3) A power under this Part to co-operate with or assist a person may not be exercised by the provision of financial assistance otherwise than in accordance with this section.
