Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 s 1

s 1

(1) A debt relief restrictions order may be made by the court in relation to a person in respect of whom a debt relief order has been made. (2) An order may be made only on the application of— (a) the Secretary of State, or (b) the official receiver acting on a direction of the Secretary of State.
