Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 s 7

(1) A debtor may offer a debt relief restrictions undertaking to the Secretary of State. (2) In determining whether to accept a debt relief restrictions undertaking the Secretary of State shall have regard to the matters specified in paragraph 2(2) and (3).
