Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 Sch 1 para 1

Sch 1 para 1

(1) If there is a vacancy in the office of Senior President of Tribunals, the Lord Chancellor must recommend a person for appointment to that office. (2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to a vacancy while the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales agrees that it may remain unfilled.
