Sch 10 para 1

(1) Paragraph 2A of the Schedule to the War Pensions (Administrative Provisions) Act 1919 (c. 53) (legally qualified member of Pensions Appeal Tribunals) is amended as follows. (2) For paragraph (a) substitute— (a) a person who satisfies the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis; (3) In paragraphs (b) and (c), for “7” substitute “ 5 ” .
