Sch 10 para 41

(1) Section 25 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) (judges of the Supreme Court) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), for paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it substitute— (b) satisfied the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 15-year basis, or (c) been a qualifying practitioner for a period of at least 15 years. (3) In subsection (2), omit paragraph (a).
