Sch 10 para 45

(1) This Part of this Schedule contains amendments of enactments that have already been repealed by provisions of other Acts. (2) In each case— (a) the repealing provision is specified in relation to the enactment being amended, and (b) the amendment has effect only until the repealing provision is fully commenced in relation to the enactment amended.
