(1) Section 415 (fees orders) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) before paragraph (a) insert— (za) the costs of persons acting as approved intermediaries under Part 7A, (3) In that subsection in paragraph (a) for “Parts VIII to XI” substitute “ Parts 7A to 11 ” .
