Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 s 29A

s 29A Meaning of “authorised person” and “judicial office holder”

In this Chapter— “ authorised person ” means a person authorised under paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to exercise functions of the First-tier Tribunal or Upper Tribunal; “ judicial office holder ” has the meaning given by section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.
