s 65 Extent
(1) Subject to subsections (2) to (6), this Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. (2) The following provisions extend to England and Wales and Scotland only— (a) section 13 (investigation of complaints relating to disconnection of gas or electricity); (b) section 14 (reference of matters to Gas and Electricity Markets Authority); (ba) section 19A (guidance for energy consumers); (c) section 37 (extension of the functions of Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland ).
