s 17 Restrictions on disposal of land: method of giving consent

(1) In section 163 of the GLA Act 1999 (restrictions on disposal of land) for subsection (6) (consent to be given by order made by statutory instrument) substitute— (6) Any consent under this section must be given in writing. (2) The amendment made by this section does not affect the continuing validity of any order made under section 163(6) of the GLA Act 1999 before the coming into force of this section.
