(1) Any costs incurred by the licensing authority for the purposes of this Schedule (including the costs of any person exercising powers under this Schedule on behalf of the licensing authority)— (a) are to be paid by the licensed body, and (b) may be recovered from the licensed body as a debt owing to the licensing authority. (2) Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to any order for payment of costs that may be made on an application to the court under this Schedule.
