After section 10 (as inserted by paragraph 9) insert— Register of holders of practising certificates (10A) (1) The Society must keep a register of all solicitors who hold practising certificates. (2) The register must contain— (a) the full name of each solicitor who holds a practising certificate, (b) in relation to each solicitor who holds a practising certificate, a statement as to whether there is in force a sole solicitor endorsement, and (c) such other information as may be specified in regulations under section 28(1)(d).
