In paragraph 18 of that Schedule (powers of Tribunal with respect to recognised bodies)— (a) in sub-paragraph (1) after “this Schedule” insert “ (other than paragraph 16(1A) ” , (b) in paragraph (b) of that sub-paragraph for “section 34 of the 1974 Act” substitute “ any requirement imposed by or by virtue of this Act ” , (c) omit paragraph (d) of that sub-paragraph and the “or” immediately preceding it, (d) in sub-paragraph (2) omit “not exceeding £3,000”, and (e) omit sub-paragraphs (3) and (4).
