Sch 16 para 34

(1) Section 33A (inspection of practice bank accounts etc) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) for “Council” (in each place) substitute “ Society ” , and (b) omit “, with the concurrence of the Master of the Rolls,”. (3) In subsection (2) for “Council” substitute “ Society ” .
