In section 37 (professional indemnity)— (a) in subsection (1) for “Council, with the concurrence of the Master of the Rolls,” substitute “ Society ” , and (b) in subsection (3)(h)— (i) for “Council” substitute “ Society ” , (ii) for “they consider” substitute “ it considers ” , and (iii) after “being” insert “ , or have been, ” .
