In section 64 (form of bill of costs for contentious business)— (a) in subsection (3) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ” , and (b) in subsection (4)— (i) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ” , (ii) for “taxation” substitute “ assessment ” , and (iii) for “taxing officer” (in both places) substitute “ costs officer ” .
