Sch 16 para 92

For paragraph 5 of that Schedule (accountants' reports) substitute— (5) Where rules made under section 34 of the 1974 Act are applied to recognised bodies in accordance with section 9(2)(f), section 34(9) and (10) of that Act apply in relation to a recognised body as they apply in relation to a solicitor.
