Sch 17 para 16

In section 27 (removal of disqualification from holding a licence), after subsection (2) insert— (3) In relation to proceedings on an application under subsection (1), the Discipline and Appeals Committee may make such order as they consider fit as to the payment of costs by— (a) the Council; (b) the applicant.
