Sch 17 para 19

(1) Section 31 (application of Schedule 5) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2) omit— (a) “or complaint” (in each place), and (b) “or paragraph (b)”. (3) In subsection (3), for “and 12” substitute “ to 12A ” . (4) In subsection (4) omit “or complaint”.
