Sch 17 para 23

After that section insert— Administration of oaths by licensed conveyancers (33A) The Council may make rules prescribing its arrangements for authorising licensed conveyancers, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007, to carry on activities which consist of the administration of oaths.
