(1) Schedule 4 (the Discipline and Appeals Committee: supplementary provisions) is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph 1 (rules of procedure)— (a) omit sub-paragraphs (3) and (4), and (b) in sub-paragraph (5), for “paragraphs 2 and 3” substitute “ paragraph 2 ” . (3) Omit paragraph 3.
