Sch 2 para 8

The “ administration of oaths ” means the exercise of the powers conferred on a commissioner for oaths by— (a) the Commissioners for Oaths Act 1889 (c. 10); (b) the Commissioners for Oaths Act 1891 (c. 50); (c) section 24 of the Stamp Duties Management Act 1891 (c. 38).
