In Schedule 4 of the Family Law Act 1996— (a) for paragraph 1 substitute— (1) In this Schedule “ legal representative ” means a person who, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007, is an authorised person in relation to an activity which constitutes a reserved instrument activity (within the meaning of that Act). (b) in paragraph 3(3) for “solicitor” substitute “ legal representative ” , and (c) in paragraph 5(2)(a) for “solicitor” substitute “ legal representative ” .
