Sch 21 para 125

In section 33 (proceedings for offences)— (a) in subsection (1) omit paragraph (a), and (b) after that subsection insert— (1A) The persons who may conduct proceedings for an offence under this Act in England and Wales, before a magistrates' court, shall include any person authorised for the purpose by the Secretary of State.
