In section 15 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (right to conduct litigation and right of audience)— (a) in subsection (2) for “section 28(2)(a) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990” substitute “ the fact that he is a person who, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007, is an authorised person in relation to that activity ” , and (b) in subsection (3) for “section 27(2)(a) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990” substitute “ the fact that he is a person who, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007, is an authorised person in relation to that activity ” .
