In section 115 of the London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939 (jurisdiction of tribunal of appeal)— (a) in subsection (2), for “counsel solicitor” substitute “ an authorised person ” , and (b) after that subsection insert— (2A) In subsection (2) “ authorised person ” means a person who, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007, is an authorised person in relation to an activity which constitutes the exercise of a right of audience (within the meaning of that Act).
