In section 5 (supplementary provisions about decisions on bail)— (a) in subsection (5), for “is represented by counsel or a solicitor unless his counsel or solicitor” substitute “ has legal representation unless his legal representative ” , and (b) in subsection (6), for “is not represented by counsel or a solicitor” substitute “ does not have legal representation ” .
