Legal Services Act 2007 s 154

s 154 Protection from defamation claims

For the purposes of the law of defamation— (a) proceedings in relation to a complaint under the ombudsman scheme are to be treated as if they were proceedings before a court, and (b) the publication of any matter by the OLC under this Part is absolutely privileged.
