s 155 Consent requirements for rules

(1) Before making scheme rules under any provision of this Part, the OLC must obtain— (a) the consent of the Board, and (b) in the case of rules under section 136 (charges payable by respondents), the consent of the Lord Chancellor. (2) In subsection (1) the reference to making rules includes a reference to modifying rules.
