In section 21 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (application of sections 17 to 20 to Northern Ireland), for subsection (2) substitute— (2) Sections 17 to 20 do not apply in relation to a trial to which section 5 of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 (trials on indictment without a jury) applies.
