Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 Sch 3 para 7

Sch 3 para 7

(1) Where an officer makes a record of a search in accordance with paragraph 6, he shall supply a copy to any person appearing to him to be the occupier of the premises searched. (2) The copy shall be supplied immediately or as soon as is reasonably practicable.
