(1) Section 40B (disqualification from driving) is amended as follows. (2) In subsections (5) to (8), for “Secretary of State” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ Commission ” . (3) In subsection (9)— (a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Commission ” ; (b) for “he” substitute “ it ” .
